General delivery rules

Goods are delivered by Registered Priority Mail and need to be signed for upon arrival. All packages have tracking numbers, which will be provided to you once the package is shipped. In the unlikely event that your goods are not received in good time, please email us at [email protected] quoting your order number. If you are not able to quote the order number, please provide your name, the delivery address and the approximate date of your order. We will attempt to track the order but should we be unable to do this, we will replace the goods free of charge.

Delivery time

The average delivery time to Continental Europe, United Kingdom and Ireland is 8 to 15 working days, delivery to the rest of the world takes up to 10 to 18 working days. In some rare occurrences your packages may be delayed in the process of shipping, please let us know so we can attempt to track your packages. In the event that you do not receive your packages within 30 days, these packages are declared lost or stollen and we guarantee to resend you the packages or to fully refund you the money for your order.

Shipping info

All orders are shipped within 24 hours once your online transaction has been validated, excluding weekends and holidays. In the event that your order is split up into two or more parcels, the parcels are shipped at a rate of two a day. Since these parcels are shipped on different days, there is a chance that their arrival could be a few days apart. In order to avoid fraud and to protect our valuable customers we ship via Registered Priority mail only.

Cancellation of order

In case you need to cancel your order, you are able to do so without any reason within 12 hours, please email us: [email protected] asking to cancel your order. Please, provide your order number, your name and the delivery address.

14 day money back guarantee

In the unlikely event that a faulty or incorrect order is received by the Customer, the Company will replace it immediately following our subsequent receipt of those goods. If this is not possible we will make a full refund of the purchase price. Such Goods must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt. The Customer will be responsible for arranging transportation, but postage costs thus incurred will be refunded.
